Our consortium pools work by entering your list of employees into a pool with other companies, generating a random list quarterly, and allowing you to send your employees for drug testing at your discretion.

Results are sent to the Medical Review Officer (MRO) for review and then released to the employer. Employees' names are re-entered into the pool after every random draw, with the possibility of being selected multiple times a year. Quarterly and annual reports are also provided for statistical and audit purposes.

DOT physical examinations are health physicals required of commercial motor vehicle drivers. DOT regulations state any "medical examiner" can conduct DOT physicals. The DOT physical exam is valid for up to 2 years.
